What you will find here are the ramblings of one who gets misty-eyed at the thought of fried catfish and pulled pork, herbed goat cheese and artisan bread, micro-roasted coffee and scones. You see, I love it all! Pastries, meat, cheese, fresh vegetables...whatever it is and wherever it comes from I am going to give it a chance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not only will this be a place to discuss food, but a place for recipes and restaurant reviews as well.
